Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to observe and comply rigorously with the provisions set forth herein, as well as whatsoever other legal provisions that may be applicable.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, with no obligation to give notice of such modifications or to inform the users thereof, publication on the website of the provider being deemed sufficient.

Liability

The provider is not subject to liability of any kind deriving from the information published on its website, whenever this information has been handled or introduced by an unrelated third party.

The provider’s website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of those who access the page) to perform certain functions that are considered necessary for the correct functioning and viewing of the site. All cookies used by the website are temporary, for the sole purpose of facilitating subsequent transmission and they disappear when the user closes the session. Cookies will never be used to collect information of a personal nature.

The website of the client may offer links to contents of third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the contents introduced by third parties in their websites, it does not assume any liability with regard to said contents. In any case, the provider declares that it will immediately withdraw any contents that may breach national or international legislation, morality or public order, immediately withdrawing the link to such website, informing the competent authorities of the contents in question.

The provider shall not be liable for the information and contents stored, inter alia, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social media or any other medium that allows third parties to publish contents independently on the web page of the provider. However, and in compliance with that set forth in articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider will cooperate with all users, authorities and security forces, collaborating actively in the removal or if applicable blocking of all those contents that may affect or breach national or international legislation, the rights of third parties or morality and public order. Should the user consider that the website includes any contents that may be subject to this classification, he/she is requested to report this immediately to the website administrator.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it works correctly. In principle, its correct functioning can be guaranteed 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of the existence of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of causes of force majeure, natural catastrophes, strikes or similar circumstances that render access to the web page impossible.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website including, inter alia, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its functioning, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the provider or, if applicable, the latter has been granted a licence or the express authorisation of the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by the regulations on intellectual and industrial property and are registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they may be intended, their total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing shall require in all cases the prior written authorisation of the provider. Any use not previously authorised by the provider shall be deemed a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the provider, and which may appear on the website, belong to their respective proprietors, who are themselves responsible for any possible controversy that may arise with regard thereto. In any case, the provider has obtained their express and previous authorisation.

The provider expressly authorises third parties to link directly to specific contents of the website, and they must in any case link to the provider’s main website.

The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights in favour of their holders. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability of the provider with regard thereto, or any backing, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.

Should you wish to make any observation regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any of the contents of the website, please contact us at the following email address info@tuflesa.es.
